New Years at Mt. Baker

Well, this should have been a ski touring trip report but the snow god didn't put snow on the slopes, there was only rain at Mt. Baker. After driving up to the resort and getting wet feet as soon as we got out of the car we turned around and went for a walk in the rain forest, not too bad either.

Gone miss that kind of forest ... . Don't have it to often in Germany.

Water skis stayed on the roof today.

After beeing totaly wet we went back to our cabin which we rented for 3 nights. We were hoping it will be better next day ...

Next day touring in wet powder ...
